*Happy Hour is the perfect flow if you are sitting in front of a computer or client facing for much of the week! Are your eyes tired of looking at your computer screen? Pain in the neck, shoulders and hips? This low impact workout will release the tension the week's events and is good for all levels.
*Abs, Arms and Appendages, Oh My! Get your spine realigned, arms moving and abs burning in this full body workout! We will work to strengthen the appendages to add stability to the body and prevent injury moving forward and break a sweat while we are at it! For this class, kneeling is sometimes a targeted position. However, we are always happy make modifications and provide extra layers of support. Just let your instructor know if kneeling is not something that is accessible to you!
*Biscuit Burner is the perfect name for a class that will focus on the getting the core strong and that booty burning! Kneeling, standing and side-lying are our main postural set ups in this class. Be sure to let us know if you need a modified position or feel free to check in about another class style that could be right for you!

*Full Body Flow Join me for a full body workout as you cruise into or out of your weekend activities! All movements are geared to reduce pain, strengthen your core and clear your mind of the week's chatter! This class is leveled for beginners (1), intermediate (2) and mastery level students (3).
*Restoration Station Give your body an opportunity to actively recover muscles and release toxins through active stretches, trigger point work and fascia flossing. This class offers guidance on proper use of a foam roller and trigger point ball to help keep your fascia hydrated and happy! Fascia work can be performed seated, so be sure to let me know if you need a chair.
